Ituka

The hiring platform, from requisition to signed offer

Ituka runs the whole hiring process in one place, with an AI agent doing the work between your decisions and a record of who decided what. Three of the nine steps are led by a person. The agent does the other six, and shows its evidence.

One process, nine steps

  1. Open job requisition. You: describe the role and who you need.
  2. Create job description. The AI agent: written from your details, with your organization's standard sections added.
  3. Approve. You: an approval chain you set signs the job off before it opens.
  4. Publish. The AI agent: your careers page, and Google for Jobs and job boards if you choose.
  5. Screen resumes. The AI agent: every resume read against your bar.
  6. Voice interviews. The AI agent: candidates who clear the bar are interviewed by voice and scored, with a quote behind every score.
  7. Schedule interviews. The AI agent: times from the hiring manager's real calendar, with each interviewer you choose.
  8. Interview and select. You: you meet the shortlisted candidates, in as many rounds as you choose, and decide.
  9. Send offer letter. The AI agent: built from your template and sent for e-signature once an administrator approves it.

Controls that are built in

  • Roles and permissions decide what each person can see and do, and one organization never sees another's data.
  • A person approves every consequential step. A score never closes an application on its own.
  • Approvals, sign-ins, role changes and offer decisions are recorded, with who and when.
  • Each score comes with the reasons and the quotes behind it. Fluency, accent and grammar are never scored.
  • Interview recordings are optional, shown only to the people who review the interview, and deleted on a schedule.
  • A signed offer letter cannot be changed, and the database enforces it.
  • Vendors see the status of their own submissions and nothing of how your team judged them.

Works with what you already use

  • Greenhouse stays your system of record when you add voice screening with Interview as a Service.
  • Google and Microsoft calendars supply the times offered to candidates, and people can sign in with a Google or Microsoft account.
  • Jobs are published on your own careers page and on Google for Jobs, and a branded address can be set up for your company.

What is not here yet

Background verification (we plan to offer it through verification partners), connections to HR systems such as Workday, a public API, headcount and budget planning, and reports beyond the dashboard are not available yet. The Security page lists what is and is not in place for protecting your data.

Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.

What it costs

Enterprise is $30 per user a month, and $4 per candidate interview.

Questions about the platform

Do I have to replace my current applicant tracking system?

No. If you use Greenhouse you can keep it as your system of record and add the voice screen with Interview as a Service. Otherwise the platform runs the process itself, from requisition to signed offer.

Who does the work, and who decides?

No. A score never closes an application on its own. A person on the hiring team decides, and can still offer an interview to an applicant who is below the bar, with a reason that is recorded.

Can it be used in India and the United States?

Yes. Ituka is operated from the United States and available internationally. Plans are charged in US dollars, and offer letters are written in US dollars for now.
