Ituka

Hiring software for banks, insurers and financial services

In financial services every hiring decision may be reviewed later. Ituka puts an approval before a job opens, keeps a record of who decided what, and gives each score its reasons, so the decision stays a person's and the reasoning can be read back.

What matters when banks, insurers and other financial services firms hire

  • Approvals that happen before a job is posted, by named people, in an order you set.
  • A record of who approved, rejected or signed, and when.
  • Candidate data kept to the people who need it, and removed when it should go.
  • Scores that can be explained to a reviewer, not just reported.

How Ituka fits

  • A requisition approval chain you write once. Each stage says whether all of its approvers or any one of them must approve, and every decision is recorded with the date and any comment.
  • Offer letters are approved by an administrator before they are sent, and cannot be changed once sent. The database enforces this.
  • Roles decide what each person can see and do, and one organization never sees another's data.
  • Sign-ins, role changes and other consequential actions are written to an append-only audit trail.
  • Interview recordings, where you use them, are shown only to the people who review the interview, with a record of who watched, and are deleted on a schedule.

What stays with your team

A person approves every consequential step, and a score never closes an application on its own.

Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.

What is not here yet

Background verification is not part of the product yet. We plan to offer it through verification partners. Single sign-on with SAML and multi-factor sign-in are not available yet, and we are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified: the Security page says what is in place and what is not.

What it costs

Enterprise is $30 per user a month, and $4 per candidate interview.

Questions from banks, insurers and other financial services firms

Is it SOC 2 certified?

No. We have not completed a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit and we show no badge we have not earned. The Security page lists what protects your data today and what is not in place yet, so your risk team can judge it.

Can it keep a record of who approved a hire?

Yes. Each requisition approval and each offer letter approval is recorded with who, when and any comment, and a signed letter cannot be altered.

Does the AI make the hiring decision?

No. A score never closes an application on its own. A person decides, and can still offer an interview to an applicant who is below the bar, with a reason that is recorded.
