- Applicants, vendor submissions and sourced candidates are in one list, each marked with where it came from.
- Voice interviews are scored with quotes, so a recruiter can show the reasons.
- Interview as a Service runs the voice screen under your client's name and address, beside the client's Greenhouse.
What stays with your team
A person approves every consequential step, and a score never closes an application on its own.
Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.
What is not here yet
Client-by-client reporting, service-level tracking, invoicing and a bench are not part of the product yet.

What does a vendor see?
Status only: that a submission arrived, that an interview is booked, and whether an offer was extended, accepted, declined, lapsed or withdrawn. Never your thresholds, scores, compensation or the contents of a letter.
Can I work for several clients?
Each hiring organization assigns its own roles to a vendor and keeps its own team, roles and data. Reporting across clients and service-level tracking are not available yet.
How is a vendor charged?
Hiring and vendor organizations pay per seat, one for each person who signs in. Candidate interviews are charged each.
