Ituka

AI voice interview software that shows its evidence

Ituka interviews your candidates by voice, then gives your team a band, a score, the quotes behind it and the concerns worth probing. It advises. Your people decide who goes on.

How the voice interview works

  1. A candidate clears your resume bar. You set the match threshold on the requisition. A hiring manager, talent rep or administrator can also invite a candidate who is below it, by giving a reason that is recorded.
  2. They take a spoken interview. About seven questions and fifteen minutes, written from their resume and the job description. They can start straight away or from an emailed link.
  3. The interview is assessed. Five criteria: ownership, depth for the role, reasoning, explanation and corroboration of the resume.
  4. Your team reads the result. A band (Strong, Promising, Mixed or Weak), the score, the quotes and the concerns worth probing. The transcript and the recording are there to read and play back.
  5. Candidates who clear both bars are offered times. Up to three times from the hiring manager's real calendar. The candidate confirms one on a page and a calendar invitation is sent.

How it is scored

  • Each criterion is a set of yes or no checks about what the candidate said, not a single impression.
  • A check counts only if the assessment quotes words the candidate actually said. No quote, no credit.
  • Each interview is read three times, and the result is flagged if the readings disagree.
  • Fluency, accent and grammar are never scored.
  • Nothing a candidate says in an interview is acted on as an instruction to the assessor.

People stay in control

The score is advice for the hiring team. It never closes an application on its own, and you set the interview score that earns a meeting. After the meeting a person records the outcome, and only the outcomes you allow lead to an offer.

Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.

What it costs

Enterprise is $30 per user a month, and $4 per candidate interview.

Practice interviews for job seekers are separate, and part of Premium.

Questions about voice interviews

What does my team see afterwards?

A band, the score, the quotes that earned it, the concerns worth probing, the transcript and the recording.

Does a low score reject a candidate?

What does it cost?
