Voice screening for the candidates in your Greenhouse
Keep Greenhouse as your system of record. When a candidate reaches the stage you choose, Ituka evaluates their resume, invites them to a voice screen under your company's own name and address, and puts the result on their Greenhouse profile. Your team approves the questions and decides who moves.
How it works
- Connect Greenhouse. Paste a Client ID and Secret from Greenhouse API Credentials (Harvest v3) and add one webhook. Nothing is installed in Greenhouse.
- Choose the stage. Pick the stage that sends a candidate to us. A single job can use a different one.
- Approve each job once. Ituka writes the interview questions and a role fit radar from the job. An owner on your team reviews and approves them before anyone is invited, and changing the job description or the questions asks for approval again.
- Invite. A recruiter sends each invitation. Once your first screens have gone cleanly you can have them sent for you after a wait, during which a recruiter can pull any candidate back.
- Read the result. A PDF report and a note appear on the candidate in Greenhouse: the resume evaluation, the voice screen, and the evidence behind each score.
Your name, your address
Candidates meet your company, not ours: your name, your logo and your color, at a web address of your own choosing, with the invitation email sent under your name. Your recruiters sign in at the same address.
The Terms and Privacy Policy stay ours, and a small line says the screening is powered by us.
What it does not do
- It never moves a candidate between stages, and never rejects one, in Greenhouse.
- A resume score never blocks an invitation. A person on your team chooses who is invited.
- It does not decide. Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with your team.
- It works with Greenhouse only, for now.
Who on your team does what
- Owners connect Greenhouse, approve each job, set the spending limit, manage the team and close the account.
- Recruiters look at candidates, and send or cancel invitations.
- Viewers look.
Cost, and your control of it
$100 a month, plus $4 for each screen a candidate completes. A completed screen is a voice interview taken to the end and assessed, with the resume evaluation included.
A screen that fails, an invitation nobody answers, and an interview with too little in it to assess cost nothing.
There is no free trial. You add a card before you start and set a monthly spending limit; we email you as the month approaches it and when it is reached, and no new invitation goes out past it.
Your data
- Download your candidates and what you were charged as spreadsheets whenever you like, with Greenhouse's own ids so you can join them with your own records.
- Our support staff can see your candidates only when your owner allows it, for a time you choose, and every look is recorded where you can see it.
- If you close the account, your data is held for a short time in case it was a mistake and then deleted, including the interview recordings.
Questions about Interview as a Service
Which applicant tracking systems does it work with?
Greenhouse, for now. It uses Greenhouse's current API (Harvest v3).
Do candidates need an account?
No. They get one link in an email from your company and take the interview in their browser.
Will it move or reject candidates in Greenhouse?
No. It reads the candidates you send and writes a report and a note on their profile. Your team moves candidates, as it does now.
What does it cost?
$100 a month plus $4 for each completed screen. You set a monthly spending limit, and a card is needed before you start.
Can I try it first?
There is no free trial. You set a spending limit before you start, and you can close the account at any time.
