What stays with people
You open the requisition, approve it before the job opens, and interview and select. An offer letter needs an approval before it is sent. The agent advises; it does not decide who is hired.
Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.

What does Ituka do in hiring, and what do I decide?
You open the requisition, approve it, and interview and select. Ituka writes the job description, publishes the posting, screens resumes, runs the voice interviews and schedules the next interviews. An offer letter needs an approval before it is sent.
Does a score ever reject a candidate?
No. A score never closes an application on its own. A person on the hiring team decides, and can still offer an interview to an applicant who is below the bar, with a reason that is recorded.
Can staffing vendors take part?
Yes. You can bring staffing vendors in on a role. They submit candidates and see only their own work.
