Hiring software for manufacturing and industrial companies
Manufacturing and industrial companies hire across plants, trades and head office, often for many openings at once. Ituka reads every resume against the role, interviews candidates who clear your bar by voice, and keeps approvals and offers in one record.
What matters when manufacturers and industrial companies hire
- Many openings at once, from skilled trades to engineering to management.
- Plant and department managers who each hire for their own teams.
- Approval before a role opens, and a signed offer at the end.
- Candidates who are not always at a desk.
How Ituka fits
- Hiring managers open a requisition, an approval chain you set signs it off, and nothing opens to candidates before it has.
- A candidate takes the voice interview in a web browser from an emailed link, about fifteen minutes, in their own time.
- Every applicant is read against the role, so the first look does not depend on how many arrived.
- The job is published on your own careers page, and on Google for Jobs and job boards if you choose.
- Offer letters are written from your template, approved, and signed in the browser.
What stays with your team
A person approves every consequential step, and a score never closes an application on its own.
Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.
What is not here yet
Bulk assessments, campus hiring drives and shift-based scheduling are not part of the product yet.
What it costs
Enterprise is $30 per user a month, and $4 per candidate interview.
Questions from manufacturers and industrial companies
Does it support campus or bulk hiring drives?
Not as a feature. Every resume is read against the role and candidates who clear the bar are interviewed by voice, but there are no drive-specific tools such as bulk assessments yet.
Does a candidate need to install anything?
No. The interview is taken in a web browser from a link, with a microphone. Video is optional, and audio only is always offered.
Can different plants hire on their own?
Hiring managers open requisitions for their own roles, and an approval chain you set decides who signs off. Roles and permissions decide what each person can see.
