A vendor submittal portal for staffing firms and the teams that use them

Staffing and recruiting firms put candidates forward against open jobs. Each vendor is told where its submissions stand, and sees nothing of how your team judged them.

For hiring teams

  • Bring vendors in on a role. They submit candidates, and they see only their own work.
  • Applicants, vendor submissions and sourced candidates are in one list, each marked with where it came from.
  • A vendor never sees your thresholds, scores, compensation or the contents of a letter.

For staffing and recruiting firms

  • Put candidates forward against open jobs through an Account Manager.
  • See where each submission stands.
  • Be told when an interview is booked, and whether an offer was extended, accepted, declined, lapsed or withdrawn.

What a vendor is never shown

The hiring organization's thresholds, scores, assessments, compensation and the contents of an offer letter. A vendor is told status, and nothing more.

What it costs

Hiring and vendor organizations pay per seat, one for each person who signs in.

Enterprise is $30 per user a month, and $4 per candidate interview.
