About Ituka
Ituka is made by Ituka Technologies LLC. It is the personal AI assistant for students and job seekers and for hiring teams, built on one rule: the software advises, and people decide.
Who it is for
- Students and job seekers: a free personal account for finding and preparing for work.
- Hiring teams: requisition to signed offer, with the AI agent doing the work between your decisions.
- Staffing and recruiting firms: put candidates forward and be told where each stands.
How it behaves
- It shows its evidence: a score comes with the reasons and the quotes behind it.
- A person approves every consequential step, and a score never closes an application on its own.
- Fluency, accent and grammar are never scored in an interview.
- A link sent to a candidate opens a page and does nothing else, and compensation is never put in the body of an email.
- A vendor sees status, never the content of an assessment or an offer.
A caution
Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.
Questions about Ituka
Who makes Ituka?
Ituka is made by Ituka Technologies LLC.
Does the software make hiring decisions?
No. A score never closes an application on its own. A person on the hiring team decides, and can still offer an interview to an applicant who is below the bar, with a reason that is recorded.
How is my information used?
The Privacy Policy explains what information is handled, why it is used, and the choices you have. Who can see a profile is your choice: publishing a page and being findable are separate.
