Hiring software for technology companies and IT services
Technology teams hire for specialised roles, often through staffing partners, and need to know why a candidate was put forward. Ituka reads every resume against the role, interviews by voice, and shows the quote behind every score.
What matters when technology companies and IT services firms hire
- Roles that need specific skills, read against what a resume actually shows rather than a keyword list.
- Staffing and recruiting partners putting candidates forward alongside direct applicants.
- Hiring managers who are busy, and interviewers who are not always employees.
- A fast first conversation with every applicant who clears your bar, not only the first few.
How Ituka fits
- The role fit radar lets you say what the role needs before anyone applies, and each resume is read against it.
- Candidates who clear your bar take a spoken interview written from their resume and the job. Your team reads the band, the quotes and the concerns worth probing.
- Vendors put candidates forward on a role and see only the status of their own submissions.
- Interview rounds can include people outside your company, who answer through a link and need no account.
- If you already use Greenhouse, Interview as a Service adds the voice screen to the candidates already there.
What stays with your team
A person approves every consequential step, and a score never closes an application on its own.
Screening and interview results are produced with AI and can be inaccurate: hiring decisions stay with the organization.
What is not here yet
Coding tests and take-home assessments are not part of the product yet. Skill assessment in an interview is by voice.
What it costs
Enterprise is $30 per user a month, and $4 per candidate interview.
Questions from technology companies and IT services firms
Does it test coding skill?
Not with a coding exercise. The voice interview asks about the candidate's own work and reasoning and is scored on what they said. Technical exercises stay with your team.
Can staffing partners submit candidates?
Yes. A vendor puts candidates forward against open roles and is told where each submission stands. A vendor never sees your thresholds, scores or offer terms.
Can we keep our current applicant tracking system?
Yes, if it is Greenhouse. Interview as a Service evaluates candidates already there and writes the result back to their profile. It works with Greenhouse only for now.
