Ituka

A resume match score that shows its reasons

See how your resume matches a job: a score, the reasons for it, and the skills you show and the ones you are missing.

How matching works

  1. Your resume is matched against open jobs. The jobs hiring teams post on Ituka, and the public postings it collects.
  2. Filters and search narrow the field. Hard requirements such as place come first, then a search by meaning, so a job that cannot work for you is not read at all.
  3. The best candidates are read properly. Each gets a score and the reasons for it, including the skills you show and the ones you are missing.
  4. Strengthen your resume for one job. Reworded from your own words and never added to, and you review it before you download it.

What is free and what is Premium

A list of your strongest job matches, and sorting jobs by best match, are free.

Premium adds match scores with reasons, link matches and the role fit radar. A link match scores a job you found somewhere else, from a link or pasted text.

A guide, not a prediction

A match score tells you where your time is likely to be well spent. It is advice, and it says why. The role fit radar is yours: employers never see it.
