Srinivas Jayanthi (JV)

Founder & CEO

Srinivas Jayanthi, also known as JV, is an entrepreneur, author, and seasoned engineering leader with a proven track record in product development and global technology transformation. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, during which he has held engineering leadership roles at startups and global firms, including JP Morgan Chase, S&P Global, Deloitte, and Bottomline Technologies. His first entrepreneurial venture, Ivory Software Services, which focused on middleware engineering services, was acquired in 2007.

JV's expertise spans multiple domains including capital markets, banking, payments, cyber fraud prevention, insurance, automotive, and healthcare sectors. His strategic vision has been instrumental in guiding global technology transformations, with particular emphasis on SaaS/PaaS implementations, data science, enterprise data architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure deployments.

JV co-authored a book titled “Building Next Generation Web Services,” which was published by Wiley. Over the past several years, he has also published articles on a range of technology transformation topics.

JV holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He loves to travel and is passionate about genealogy. He has co-authored a book on his own ancestry, tracing back 11 generations.

Dr. Venkat Dwarakanathan

Co-Founder & CTO

Dr. Venkat has held a variety of senior leadership roles in prominent organizations, including AntWorks, iData Sciences, Maples ESM Technologies, Tecraft, Aetna, Boeing Ltd, and NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). In these positions, he has led critical innovations in wind tunnel operations, wing designs, data management, integration, and robotic process automation solutions, significantly impacting the operational efficiency and technological advancements of these organizations.

Dr. Venkat earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics, specializing in Astro-pad Dynamics, and completed post-doctoral research in Fractal Topology.

His academic background is complemented by a robust experience in developing cutting-edge software frameworks and a deep understanding of Machine Learning and AI model construction. Known for his ability to bridge complex theoretical concepts with practical applications, Dr. Venkat has been instrumental in driving forward-thinking strategies and pioneering advancements in the tech industry.

In addition to his technical prowess, Dr. Venkat is also recognized for his leadership in fostering innovation and nurturing talent, making significant contributions to the growth and development of the teams he has led. His work continues to inspire and influence the future of technology in data sciences and artificial intelligence.
