Founder & CEO

Srinivas Jayanthi, also known as JV, is an entrepreneur, author, and seasoned engineering leader with a proven track record in product development and global technology transformation. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, during which he has held engineering leadership roles at startups and global firms, including JP Morgan Chase, S&P Global, Deloitte, and Bottomline Technologies. His first entrepreneurial venture, focused on middleware engineering services, was acquired in 2007.

JV's expertise spans multiple domains including capital markets, banking, payments, cyber fraud prevention, insurance, automotive, and healthcare sectors. His strategic vision has been instrumental in guiding global technology transformations, with particular emphasis on SaaS/PaaS, artificial intelligence, data engineering, enterprise data architecture, API development, and cloud infrastructure deployments.

JV co-authored a book titled “Building Next Generation Web Services,” which was published by Wiley. Over the past several years, he has also published articles on a range of technology transformation topics.

JV holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He loves to travel and is passionate about genealogy. He has co-authored a book on his own ancestry, tracing back 11 generations.
